When you've identified the products you're interested in, submit a wholesale inquiry via our inquiry form. Include your business ABN, the products and approximate quantities you need, and your contact details. If you're coming from a product page, click "Request a Quote" to pre-fill the product name.
Request a QuoteReceive Your Quote
We will respond within 2 Australian business days with a tailored wholesale quote. The quote will include unit pricing (ex-warehouse, AUD), available packaging options, minimum order quantities, and estimated dispatch lead time.
Agree on Terms
We'll confirm your order terms — including delivery address (your warehouse or store), payment terms (prepayment for new accounts; 30-day net for established wholesale partners), and any specific requirements (e.g., certifications, specific packaging).
Issue a Purchase Order
Provide a formal Purchase Order (PO) on your company letterhead or via email, specifying the agreed products, quantities, agreed pricing, and your delivery address.
We Dispatch Your Order
We fulfil your order from our Australian warehouse via our 3PL partner. You'll receive a Tax Invoice (GST-compliant, with our ABN) and tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell to individuals (consumers)?
No. Natural Life Culture is a B2B wholesale business only. We supply registered Australian businesses — grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, food service distributors, and specialty retailers. You will need to provide a valid ABN to open a wholesale account.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product. They are listed on each product page. Typically, shelf-stable packaged goods have an MOQ of 1 carton (6–24 units depending on product size). Bulk commodities like rice and pulses have weight-based MOQs (e.g., 50kg or 100kg minimum). We can provide a consolidated quote across multiple product lines to help you meet your order volume.
Are prices GST-inclusive?
All quoted prices are ex-GST (exclusive of GST). Our Tax Invoices will show the applicable GST separately. Note: most basic food items are GST-free under Australian tax law when sold for human consumption — we will clarify the GST treatment for each product in your quote.
What are your payment terms?
New wholesale partners: 100% prepayment (bank transfer or credit card) before dispatch. Established wholesale partners (after 3+ successful orders): 30-day net payment terms, subject to a credit assessment.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock items held at our Australian warehouse: 2–5 business days for metro areas; 4–8 business days for regional areas. Delivery is via road freight on pallets or satchels depending on order size. We can also arrange customer pickup from our 3PL warehouse.
Do you offer private label / white label?
Yes, for selected products and sufficient order volumes. Private label packaging (your brand on our products) can be arranged for a minimum commitment. Please mention this requirement in your wholesale inquiry.
Can I get a product sample before committing to an order?
Samples may be available for selected product lines. Please request samples in your wholesale inquiry form. Samples are provided at cost (product + postage) and the cost may be credited against your first order.
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver Australia-wide: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Freight costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location, and will be included in your quote.
