1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and submitting a wholesale inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all wholesale transactions between Natural Life Culture and its wholesale customers.

2. B2B Wholesale Only

Natural Life Culture supplies goods exclusively to registered Australian businesses holding a valid ABN. We do not sell to individual consumers. By submitting a wholesale inquiry, you confirm that you are a business buyer.

3. Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed in writing per order
  • Freight costs are in addition to product pricing unless otherwise stated
  • Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation

4. Payment Terms

  • New wholesale accounts: 100% prepayment required before dispatch
  • Established accounts (after 3+ successful orders): 30-day net payment terms available subject to credit assessment
  • Overdue accounts accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month
  • We reserve the right to suspend supply to accounts with overdue balances

5. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all products and are stated on individual product pages. We reserve the right to decline orders below minimum quantities.

6. Delivery & Risk

  • Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the buyer's nominated address
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

7. Returns & Claims

Claims for damaged, short-shipped, or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns are accepted only for goods that are defective or incorrectly supplied. No returns are accepted for change of mind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the supply of goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
