Melbourne · Bali, India and Sri Lanka
Small retreats, with your own teacher.
Seven nights away from the noise. Yoga, vegetarian food, walks, meditation, and a real break from your phone — in a small group, with a teacher you already trust.
The idea
A reset with people you know.
Plenty of people want a week with less screen time, better food and time outside. Planning it alone is a project, and a retreat full of strangers is not what they are looking for.
Natural Life Culture runs the trip with a yoga teacher or wellness group leader. They bring the guests and lead the sessions. We design the week and handle the venue, the meals, the transport and the bookings.
The first trip is in Bali, in Ubud or Sidemen, for about 1–8 May 2027. India and Sri Lanka will follow once that way of travelling is proven.

Yoga and meditation
A daily practice, led by the partner teacher who already knows the group.
Vegetarian food
Three meals a day, cooked in a vegetarian or Ayurvedic style. Not a cleanse, and not a cure.
Time outside
Rice terraces, jungle, water or the coast, depending on the destination. Walks stay local.
Phones down
Phones stay out of sessions and meals. One day on the trip is fully offline.

How it works
A trip is confirmed only when the group is real.
We do not take a venue, or your money, before there are enough guests. Eight is the minimum. The planned go/no-go date for Bali is 29 January 2027.
01
A partner brings the group
A yoga teacher, studio, Meetup organiser, Ayurveda practitioner or creator hosts the trip with us. Guests travel with someone they already know.
02
You register interest
Tell us you would like a place. This website does not take payment, and a note on the waitlist is not a booking.
03
A refundable deposit, later
When bookings open, a A$250 deposit holds a twin-share place. If fewer than 8 guests have paid by the go/no-go date, every deposit is refunded in full.
04
Seven nights, land only
You book your own flights and your own travel insurance. We look after the room, the meals, the set transfers and the shape of the week.

Destinations
Three places. One way of spending the week.
The format stays the same: seven nights, a small group, vegetarian food, a daily practice and one day offline. Only Bali has dates.

Bali
First retreatUbud or Sidemen
The first trip. Seven nights among rice fields, jungle walks and a slow daily practice, planned for about 1–8 May 2027.

India
Coming soonKerala
A later retreat built around yoga, sattvic meals and Ayurveda, in the backwaters or on the Varkala coast. Dates are not set.

Sri Lanka
Coming soonSouth coast
A later south-coast week: yoga, the sea, a cooking afternoon, and a day in Galle. Dates are not set.
Wellness pantry — coming soon. A small range of vegetarian and Ayurvedic foods, for people who have already travelled with us, is a later idea. It is not open, and it is not part of the retreat. A short note.
Come on the first trip, or bring your group.
Guests can join the Bali waitlist. Teachers and organisers can talk to us about co-hosting.
