India is the second place we know well. The sample week is in Kerala, where the days can hold yoga, a consultation, and time on the water without turning the trip into a treatment package.
Ayurveda on this trip is food, routine and education. It is not medical care, and we will not describe it as a cure for anything.
We have not set dates or a price. The kinder months in Kerala are roughly October to March. April and May are hot, which is one reason Bali comes first.
A future trip would aim for roughly October to March. Nothing is on sale yet.
A sample week
This is the shape of a future trip, not a departure you can book. Dates and price will be published only when a partner and a venue are confirmed.
